Monday, September 28th from 6-8pm, Book Club: We are on the third book for the theme of Sovereign Worlds. This theme presents views on American Indian sovereignty, from the perspective of American Indian tribes and individuals, and illustrates the contributions made by American Indians to global culture. The third book in the series is Indian Givers: How the Indians of the Americas Transformed the World by Jack Weatherford. Dr. Nyla Khan will be our presenter. You can pick up a copy at the front desk.
