Workforce Oklahoma will be here for a hands on skills course for better customer service. In this workshop we will discuss what customer service is, the value of excellent customer service and how to provide consistent service. Whether you are currently employed or seeking to learn something new, this workshop will equip you for day-to-day situations. We will cover specific scenarios and determine the difference between good and bad customer service. The workshop will be presented by Harlie Lott, Work Readiness Facilitator with the Central OK Workforce Innovation Board and an AmeriCorps partner
