Tuesday, July 9th 6-7pm- Guthrie’s Writers Group: Traditional publishing route.  We’ll discuss how you go about submitting to publishers and the do’s and don’ts of that.

Tuesday, July 16th, 9:30—11:30 AM, Exploring Apps on Your iPhone: There are key apps that are pre-loaded on your iPhone that can be extremely useful. This 2-hour class focuses on the Maps, Clock, Safari, and the Calendar apps. Bring your iPhone and charging cord to this hands-on class To attend, contact Meridian Tech at 405-377-3333, there is a $15 fee for attending this session.

Monday, July 22nd 6-8pm- Let’s Talk About It, Oklahoma!: Our new series of Myth and Literature kicks off with The Power of Myth by Joseph Campbell.  In The Power of Myth, Campbell talks about one of the most famous myths, that of the paradigm or model of the hero. This pattern is based on bits and pieces from many different myths and legends from all over the world. Copies can be picked up at the front desk!

Tuesday, July 23rd 5-6pm- Coloring Club: Studies show that coloring is good for the health. It can relax and calm the mind.  Allowing you to have an hour of stress free moments. All material is provided, just show up and color! For all ages.

Saturday, July 27th 10-11am- 3rd Annual Cheesecake Contest:  It’s that time of year again, National Cheesecake day! To celebrate we are holding our annual contest.  Bring in your best cheesecake for a chance to win some awesome freebies.
