Friends of the Library

The purpose of the Friends of the Guthrie Public Library is to focus attention on library services, facilities, and needs.  By adding additional monetary support, the Friends seek to stimulate increased usage and enhancement of library resources and services. The Friends of the library also seek to promote literacy through activities and events that instill a love of lifelong learning.

The Friends are currently seeking new members to serve on the board.  If interested please attend the next monthly meeting.

If you would like to become a member, it is as little as $5 a year. Ask at the front desk for a membership form.

Membership Levels

Individual- $5 per year

Family- $10 per year

Business and Professional- $25 per year

Patron- $50 per year

Individual Lifetime Member- $200
