Events

Tween Library Council is a group of Tween (ages 8 – 12) volunteers. Our goal is to create tween library events. Parents are welcome to attend meetings, but not required for your tween to attend.

Reading to dogs has been proven to help develop skills of reading out loud, plus they love the attention. Stop in to say hi to our doggie friends, Artemis and Malcolm with their owners Sandi and Joe.

Join us for an afternoon of creative building with Lego!

Locally filmed movies, celebrated and viewed monthly. Call the library or check our website to find out this month’s flick!

Learn about science and engineering from Jet Propulsion and his friends! Designed for families with kids ages 5-8 (and younger/older siblings); we’ll use STEM activities to develop science inquiry and engineering design practices and mindsets. Sign-up required. Space is limited to 8 families.

The Library will be closed Monday, January 20; we will reopen Tuesday, January 21 at 9AM.
